Susan earned a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from Boston University in 1983. Susan went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law in 1986, where she participated in their Legal Aid Program, providing pro bono legal assistance to indigent clients.

Susan worked as a litigator at law firms throughout the Northeast, including a large national firm where she represented financial institutions in complex commercial litigation matters. In addition, Susan advocated for the rights of abused and neglected children.

Susan spent over four years at one of Philadelphia's oldest legal recruiting firms where she was instrumental in the growth of the legal departments of many corporations and law firms throughout the tri state area.

Susan's impressive track record of attorney placements, law practice experience and extensive contacts throughout the Northeast make her uniquely qualified to recruit and place attorneys. Susan's extreme dedication and responsiveness to both her clients and candidates have made her one of the most sought after legal recruiters in the Northeast.

Susan is a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, District of Columbia, Maryland (Inactive), and Massachusetts (Inactive) bars. In addition, she is a member of the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. Susan is an active member of Hadassah.

Susan was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. She currently resides in Southern New Jersey with her husband, three children and collie.
