At SMR Legal Search, we spend time getting to know our attorney and paralegal candidates. Attorneys and paralegals who are appropriate on paper will be screened and vetted at length to determine that they are indeed a good fit for your criteria. Only once we are satisfied that they are, we will send you their resume, law school transcripts and writing sample.

Our legal recruiters will remain active for you throughout the interview and hiring process. We will schedule all interviews and assist with any questions that may come up along the way.

OUR FEES

You will find that our rates are highly competitive. We work on a contingency basis, so you pay nothing unless you hire an SMR Legal Search candidate. An exclusive listing with SMR Legal Search will result in a lower contingent rate.
