Job Description: Our client, a global technology company seeks an experienced government and regulatory affairs attorney with experience with patent prosecution and enforcement wireless technology regulatory affairs.
The right candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in government and regulatory affairs, much of it on the Hill or in the executive branch.
Duties will include:
Developing and managing a government affairs strategy for the company;
Providing counsel to upper management on government and regulatory affairs matters;
Interfacing with government officials regarding the company's regulatory affairs matters;
Workign with outside consultants to promote the company's government relations and public policies positions;
and
Providing training to members of the company on its government regulatory affairs policy.
