Job Description: Our client, a highly regarded healthcare technology company is seeking two attorneys with strong expertise in drafting and negotiating a broad range of contracts including service agreements, HIPAA BA agreements, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, traditional license agreements, contracts with vendors, non-disclosure agreements, and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) agreements.
Work will also incolve contracts related to the launching of new products and creating templates from scratch. You will be interfacing with internal busines speople to understand the products and determine the necessary terms of the contracts.
A background in healthcare or pharma, especially in the technology aspects of healthcare is a plus. Some IP/licensing experience is a plus. Our client will consider attorneyw with 4 - 9 years of experience. The preference is for someone with prior in-house experience but will consider law firm attorneys with the right experience as well.
